Liver, sautéed slowly with sour cream
(Beef, lamb, or calf’s liver will do equally well. When each sides of liver are cooked, flip heat to very low; add sour cream or yogurt. End cooking. Hairdressers use the Aloe Gelly round the hairline to guard the skin before perming and coloring. The mixture of liver and cultured milk flavor is delicious, long remembered.)
